Frequently asked questions

My progress disappeared / I got a new device

DeepDriller saves to your iCloud account. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is enabled, then relaunch the App to sync your save.

How do I restore my in-app purchases?

Open the in-game store and choose Restore Purchases, or reinstall the App while signed in to the Apple Account you purchased with. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account.

I want a refund for a purchase

All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do leaderboards work?

DeepDriller uses Game Center. Sign in to Game Center in your device Settings to appear on the global leaderboards. The "Raw Talent" board ranks skill-only runs; the "Open" board includes all advantages.

The game is running slowly or crashing

Try closing and reopening the App, restarting your device, and making sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
