DeepDriller

Privacy Policy

Effective June 28, 2026 · Last updated June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game DeepDriller ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Adam Matossian, handles information when you use it on iPhone or iPad.

Short version

DeepDriller does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The game has no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics, and no trackers. Your save data lives in your own iCloud account, which we cannot read.

1. Information we do not collect

DeepDriller does not collect any of the following:

We do not use third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or social-media tracking pixels.

2. Information stored on your device and in your iCloud

DeepDriller stores game data so your progress persists:

This data is used solely to run the game and restore your progress. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party other than Apple's iCloud service acting on your behalf.

3. Game Center (optional)

If you sign in to Game Center, DeepDriller submits scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center leaderboards so you can compete on global boards. Game Center is operated by Apple, and the information you share through it (such as your Game Center nickname and scores) is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable Game Center at any time in your device Settings.

4. Purchases

DeepDriller offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles all payment information. We never receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers). Apple provides us only with anonymized, aggregated sales reports that do not identify you. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

5. Children's privacy

DeepDriller is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal data at all, no personal information from any user — including children — is gathered by us. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us; however, no such data is transmitted to us by design.

6. Data security

Because DeepDriller does not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. Save data stored in your iCloud account is protected by Apple's security infrastructure and your Apple Account credentials.

7. Your rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You can remove all local game data at any time by deleting the App, and you can manage or delete iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.

8. Third-party services

The only third-party service the App relies on is Apple (iCloud/CloudKit, Game Center, and the App Store/StoreKit), used to provide cloud save, leaderboards, and purchases. Apple's handling of any data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
